On October 3–4, 2025, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam (HTV) organized the training program “Operation and Optimization of the KPI System” at the 2nd-floor Hall, Thanh Cong Tower, with the participation of HTV’s General Director – Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, along with Heads of Departments and representatives from various functional teams.

The program was designed to help HTV’s workforce strengthen strategic thinking, enhance their capability in designing and operating KPIs aligned with the company’s sustainable development goals. The training content included four key modules:

• Leadership mindset transformation and strategic foundation
• Strategic analysis and initiative development
• KPI design aligned with strategic objectives
• KPI system operation and continuous improvement

Participants will also receive two months of post-training professional support to review and finalize the 2026 KPI system.

After two days of active learning, participants gained a solid understanding of KPI development, operation, and optimization methods; developed a deeper insight into the role of KPIs in performance management; and highly appreciated the program’s practical and applicable approach.
