On February 23, 2026, Hyundai Thanh Cong Viet Nam (HTV) joyfully held its Binh Ngo 2026 Spring Kick-off Program in the festive atmosphere of the first working days of the new year.

The event was attended by HTV Chairman Mr. Shin Wang Chul; Vice Chairman of Thanh Cong Group and HTV CEO Mr. Le Ngoc Duc; Deputy CEO of Thanh Cong Group and Vice Chairman of HTV Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu; HTV Deputy CEO Mr. Ngo Tien Dat; along with Department Managers, Coordinators, and all HTV employees from both regions.

At the opening of the program, Chairman Shin Wang Chul officially “welcomed the spring” with New Year greetings and an inspiring message to all employees, igniting a spirit of readiness to conquer upcoming goals. Continuing this meaningful moment, CEO Le Ngoc Duc extended his sincere New Year wishes to the entire company, emphasizing the development direction and strong determination to take decisive action toward a breakthrough year ahead.

HTV was honored to welcome Chairman of Thanh Cong Group Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairwoman Ms. Le Hong Anh, and the Group’s leadership team to visit and extend New Year wishes to HTV employees. In the warm atmosphere of the spring kick-off, the Chairman presented lucky red envelopes to the HTV team and conveyed his best wishes, reaffirming HTV as a core unit playing a vital role in the Group’s development strategy. He expressed his expectation that HTV would continue to uphold unity, strive for breakthroughs, and further strengthen its position in the coming year.

In addition to New Year greetings and lucky envelopes, HTV’s leadership team, together with Department Heads and Coordinators, performed a traditional woodblock printing ritual — a symbolic ceremony to open the new year and welcome blessings. The gold-embossed Kim Hoang horse painting featuring the phrase “Ma dao thanh cong” (Success upon arrival) on a red background symbolizes strength, speed, and the momentum to conquer challenges. The red color represents prosperity and good fortune, while the gold accents reflect aspirations for growth and sustainable development.

The moment when the leadership team and managers joined hands to complete the painting symbolized a collective “seal” of unity, determination, and pioneering spirit. Upon completion, the “Ma dao thanh cong” artwork was respectfully presented to the Chairman of Thanh Cong Group as a New Year wish for prosperity and smooth success, while also demonstrating HTV’s determination to accelerate growth and achieve breakthrough results in 2026.

On the same day, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam also held the Binh Ngo 2026 Spring Opening Order Signing Ceremony and paid a New Year visit to Hyundai Dong Do Dealership. The ceremony was attended by HTV’s Executive Board, including Chairman Shin Wang Chul, Vice Chairman and CEO Le Ngoc Duc, Deputy CEO Ngo Tien Dat, along with Department Managers and Sales & Marketing personnel. Representing Hyundai Dong Do were Dealer Director Mr. Cao Hong Tu, Sales Director Mr. Dang Minh Tuyen, and Service Director Mr. Tran Minh Duc. The visit was also attended by Chairman of Thanh Cong Group Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairwoman Ms. Le Hong Anh, and Group Directors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman Shin Wang Chul shared that this was his first Tet celebration in Vietnam and expressed his admiration for the unity and determination of the dealership network. He affirmed that HTV would continue to accompany and provide maximum support to help dealerships develop sustainably, enhance competitiveness, and achieve growth targets in 2026. On the occasion of the New Year, he extended his wishes of health, prosperity, and success to all partners, dealers, and employees across the system.

CEO Le Ngoc Duc added that selecting Hyundai Dong Do for the first order of the year was recognition of a dealership with well-structured investment, high operational quality, and outstanding performance within the system. Acknowledging that 2026 presents both opportunities and challenges, he confirmed that HTV has established a clear action plan: restructuring the product portfolio and operational system toward greater efficiency and modernization; improving dealership performance quality; focusing on service development; and optimizing customer experience. At the same time, HTV will shift its mindset from “management” to “service and partnership,” viewing dealership success as HTV’s own success, aiming to meet and exceed 2026 targets together.

Following the leadership’s remarks, Dealer Director Cao Hong Tu reviewed the impressive business results of 2025 and the positive signals at the beginning of 2026. He emphasized that the number “6” symbolizes a key unlocking new opportunities and growth. According to him, this “key” stems from HTV leadership’s clear strategic direction and decisive management policies. Hyundai Dong Do reaffirmed its full trust and commitment to closely accompany HTV in achieving the goals set for the coming year.
